Steve Gribbin

Steve Gribbin is a diminutive guitar-wielding satirist from Liverpool whose scabrous comedy songs and off the wall observations have made him one of the firm favourites of the comedy circuit. Steve's original comedy songs combine razor sharp lyrics with tunes that put their foot in the door of your mind and refuse to leave.

Firmly based in rock 'n' roll and refusing to pull no punches, these are not the 'oh so witty' ditties of penguin-suited plink plonk piano playing posh gobs. They are that rarity - comedy songs which are actually funny.

For nine years Steve was the smaller one in the dynamic comedy duo Skint Video, stalwart's of the Edinburgh Festival, appearing on countless television programmes such as Saturday Live, radio such as The Mary Whitehouse Experience, and their own show in 1992/3 Songlines (BBC Radio 1).

Skint Video went their different ways in 1993, since when Steve has been storming across the UK and Ireland as a solo artiste.

Sandi Smith

Sandi is a West Country based comedian who has been performing for a year. In her first six months, she reached the semi-final of Funny Women 2013 and the heats of the BBC New Comedy Awards. She's currently performing around the country, with tales, tips and observations from her forty-something years on earth. Deceptively spacious, she must be seen to be appreciated.

"Sandi is a breath of fresh air to stand-up comedy, she’s very very funny and so good for someone so new to the circuit, see her now before you have to wait for returns to her future sell out shows!" Patrick Monahan

"Very good indeed. Great material and audiences love her."  Nick Page

Alex Kitson

Alex Kitson is an “on the money funny” award-winning stand-up comedian, performer and writer. New on the comedy scene in 2018 he has performed across the UK, written for both the BBC (‘Incredible… So clever’ – BBC Radio Bristol) and online content with millions of views. He reached the final of First Laugh 2020, New UK Online Comedian of the Year 2020, and the top 12 of Jason Manford’s New Act Competition in 2019. He also performed in two five star runs at the Edinburgh Fringe with the Bristol Revunions (‘The entire ensemble is hilarious. Properly, effortlessly, hilarious’ – EdFringe Review). In 2021 after the pandemic, he took his first hour of stand-up around the country to critical acclaim in Southampton, Brighton, Exeter, Bath and Bristol. Culminating in a sell-out show in Bristol and winning the Bath Comedy Festival Award for Best Joke 2021. He also hosts and runs ‘This Next Act’ a series of weekly comedy nights in Central Bristol, and is the resident MC of several other comedy clubs and nights around the South West.
