A really fun workshop suitable for all ages!
It’s no secret that laughter is good for us…..we know it makes us happy….we can feel it! Clinical research has proven that laughter lowers blood pressure and stress hormones and increases endorphin release making it a valuable method of pain relief. Surprisingly, our body can’t distinguish between ‘pretend’ and ‘real’ laughter, so the physiological and psychological benefits are similar!
Laughter Yoga encourages laughter without the need of jokes; the focus is on bringing forward our inner child and embracing the playfullness within. In this workshop, Julie will guide you through some short laughter exercises combined with gentle stretches and yogic breathing.”
No need to book – arrive at our Box Office just before 1pm and we will direct you to The Studio on the ground floor. Please note that there is a limited capacity, so you may not get a space once capacity is reached.
