In the session we will explore gentle yoga postures using breath, focus and awareness to help with relaxation of body and mind.
You will learn a variety of mindfulnessmeditation practices that you will be able to use at home and in everyday life. This class is suitable for beginners.
You will need
A non-slip mat or I can lend you one for the first session. Please wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a blanket for the relaxation at the end.
TIME
10:30am to 12noon on Thursdays
PRICE
Classes run in blocks of 7 weeks - £70.00 for each course
Classes re-start on Thursday 8th Sept 2022 until 15th Dec 2022
Dates when there are no classes:
Thursday October 27th / Thursday 22nd & 29th Dec 2022
Classes will then re- start again for 2023 on Thursday 12th Jan 2023.
Payment for the block of classes will secure your space.
