Beginners Adult Ballet

• 1st class on 23 September 2025
• No class on 28 October (half term)
• Last class of term on 16 December 2025

The classes are designed for adult beginners with little or no experience so if you’ve always wanted to try ballet or want to revisit the delights of dancing that you experienced as a child come along and have a go. Ballet classes can help improve posture, muscle strength, mobility and coordination.

The classes offered at the Pavilions will be adapted to meet the ability of participants so no prior experience is necessary.
