French Classes – All 6-Week Courses

French Improvers

Tuesdays from 5^th March to 16^th April (no class 2nd April)

2.30pm to 3.30pm

We will be using the BBC publication Talk French 2 which can be ordered online in a boxed set with cds.

We will cover topics such as shopping for clothes, expressing your opinion, making comparisons, asking the way and following directions,
reporting a problem and talking about holiday plans and about previous holidays using the past tense.

French Intermediate

Wednesdays from 6^th March to 17^th April (no class 3^rd April)

10.15am to 11.15am

We will be using the Palgrave Macmillan publication Breakthrough French 2 which can be purchased online covering topics such as travel,
reporting stolen property, talking about your childhood etc. Students will get practice in using the perfect and imperfect verb tenses.
