Most painting starts with some drawing so it needs some time dedicated to it and practice as we develop our ‘eye’ as it’s called and hand-eye co-ordination. 

Yet drawings can be delightful in themselves. Today we will journey through many exercises and styles getting us excited about drawing again and finding which approach, medium and style expresses us best. Drawing has come a long way since just the pencil, bring a variety of inexpensive tools [see list]  and your willingness to try the unusual! 

 

*These small group workshops are planned with warm ups and progressive learning throughout the day. Liana is overflowing with help, tips and tricks and her workshops are considered friendly, supportive and good value.

*All students are invited to have ongoing imput by joining her free Artist’s Circle

TRY BEFORE YOU BUY Beginners without materials can purchase & borrow basic equipment for £5 cash on the day, if you reserve this with the box office at least two days beforehand.
