A lonely widow Elsie, strikes up a friendship with her troubled neighbour Colleen, who takes on caring responsibilities after a fall. But deep-rooted tensions soon come to a head when Elsie’s resentful, guilt-ridden son stirs up trouble, bringing shocking consequences.
