ADVENTURES IN ACRYLICS –With acrylic inks PART 2. New! [beginners/improvers]
17 JULY 2.15- 4.45 Series of four £124 or £33 each
This monthly course of four sessions introduces the beginner or improver to painting with this additional fabulous medium. Used alone or in conjunction with paint, these concentrated, glowing colours have many applications, retaining their ‘fastness’. Their integral pipettes are a really useful application or drawing tool. Last term we even used them on lampshades! We have a second session to fully explore the range of this versatile medium.
Building on last term’s beginner's courses where we concentrated on learning techniques, now we will take them out for a run as we consider painting specific subjects and styles. New beginners are welcome, come and jump straight in as we start with an easy warm up before discussing, then experimenting with the inks. You naturally get to learn by seeing other’s work too, as we celebrate our successes and ‘happy accidents’!
Materials suggestions here, please allow time to gather!
Book sessions 1-4 for best learning continuity and saving, however the sessions will stand alone. Painters who would like to stay all day can also book the additional am/pm and continue in their preferred medium on a project/something from my inspiration folder.

Liana is a seasoned trainer, therapist and artist, skilled at breaking down learning steps, instilling confidence and creating a warm, fun, supportive atmosphere. All students are also invited to join her Artists Circle community for free challenges, news, critiquing and teaching.
