By special request of current students this course has been developed to address those nagging doubts and insecurities that stop us reaching our full artistic potential.

Using thought provoking discussion and gentle life coaching techniques to explore why we are reluctant to claim the title ‘artist’ and are apologetic about our work or why we are so limited by others judgement. Writers, sculptors, craft workers etc may also identify and find this course useful.

We’ll consider the kind of artist you hope to become and the blocks that get in the way before putting our hearts into a freeing painting that celebrates your progress. The focus today will be on ‘the process not the product’, taking the pressure off producing a ‘good’ finished work. This approach can reveal some surprising inner and outer results, taking us forward more confidently in who we are as an artist.
