This session is designed for those who have a basic understanding of shutter speed, aperture and ISO but who want to practice using their cameras out and about on a photo walk with guidance from our tutor.
You will practice capturing and showing movement playing with shutter speeds.
You will also practice controlling depth of field to show blurry backgrounds or clear backgrounds using the aperture setting.
You will also practice controlling image quality using your ISO settings.
The balance of settings will be practiced throughout the sessions with a look at semi automatic settings and manual mode when necessary.
A focus on using your camera in low light, they teach you how to work with your camera with limited camera settings available. We will look at how to use available light in our scene, how to take long exposures and we’ll use a tripod to make the most of your early evening photos.
