Beginning a new series of painting days taking different colours for inspiration.

Taking a very broad spectrum of that colour, we will learn more about mixing shades, tints, temperature and hues. We'll see what special ‘jobs’ those hues have in a painting and how we can use them to best effect. Considering too how to counter-balance with neutrals and other colours. Then from your own photo and sketches [or one from Liana’s files] we’ll plan and develop a painting to showcase this glorious colour. So, whether your  style is abstract, modern or classical come and expand your colour knowledge, develop subtleties and luxuriate in this colour for a day!

Inspiring, fun workshops, well run, with clear step by step teaching that builds confidence. All students will be invited to join Liana’s Artist’s Circle for free [a supportive learning and art community forum]

Please bring a table covering/plastic/newspaper and wear old clothes or an apron.
