A 6-week journey into balance, harmony, and vitality
During transition times, whether you are navigating the stormy weather of menopause, struggling with fertility challenges, feeling the monthly drain of PMT, changing homes, or discovering the freedom of retirement, our hormones speak to us.
Let’s get together and begin a journey to listen. Instead of passively letting our bodies affect our mood, our energy, and our sense of self, let’s meet them face to face and open to their messages. If you feel physical exhaustion, sluggishness or emotional overwhelm, your “Qi” (vital energy) is possibly blocked by stress, or other health issues. The first step is to be more present, calm down, and relax.
Led by an Energy Psychotherapist and Tai Chi/Qigong Instructor, this course is more than simple exercise. It combines the slow, meditative flow of Tai Chi and soft Qigong movements with energy medicine and energy psychology techniques to help you achieve higher levels of self-empowerment and calm.
A Progressive 6-Week Journey
Over the term, we will weave together four powerful pillars of wellbeing:
· Tai Chi Foundations: Gentle, flowing movements to improve balance, bone density, and overall health.
· Qigong for Women: Specific forms with self-massage, gentle movements, and intentional visuals designed for general female health.
· Energy Psychology & Acupressure: Learn “tapping” techniques to soothe the nervous system and clear emotional blockages and some acupressure points.
· Energy Medicine Techniques: Learn and practise a five-minute routine that can become the staple of your daily stability and health.
Connect with a community of women in a safe, non-judgemental space: whether in the room or online. Join us for this transformative journey!

Time: 5:30pm to 6.30pm each week
Cost: £60 (or £12 drop-in) – Includes all the recordings and Zoom access.
Location: The Studio, Pavilions Teignmouth
