Learn & practice gentle Meditation & Relaxation techniques that you can do at home.
Come along just as you are, no experience needed, everyone welcome.
Seated on chairs or the floor.
In this session we will practice different Mindfulness Meditation techniques to help bring focus and gently build on concentration.
We will use the breath and an object as our points of focus, helping our awareness as we learn to experience mental & physical stillness. The session will end with a 15 mins Body Scan Relaxation.
No experience required.
What to bring?
Bring a cushion and a blanket, and a mat to lie on.
