Mindfulness Meditation & Breathing Relaxation with Sharon Ramdassingh- Dow.
Guided meditation & relaxation with an experienced British Wheel of Yoga, Mindfulness & Compassion trained teacher.
Seated on chairs or the floor.
In these sessions we will practice different techniques to help focus your attention and concentration, to build awareness, quieting the mind, gently with kindness. The session will end with 15mins led Relaxation.
No experience required.
What to bring?
Bring a cushion and a blanket, and a mat to lie on.
