Guided Meditation & Relaxation with an experienced Yoga & Mindfulness Meditation trained teacher.
In these sessions we will practice different techniques to help focus your attention and concentration, to build awareness, quieting the mind, gently with kindness. The session will end with 15mins led Relaxation.
No experience required – everyone welcome.
Seated in chairs or on the floor
The session will end with 20 mins led Relaxation.
What to bring?
Bring a cushion and a blanket, and a mat to lie on.

Saturday 16th May 10.30am to 12noon
Saturday 18th July 10.30am to 12noon
£13.00 per person for one session
