PAINT A WINTER SCENE USING JAPANESE NOTAN new! [Any paint media]
Beginners to improvers 10.30-4.00
Have you ever painted a winter scene that looked drab or too pale? it's a time of year to notice and include contrast to make our compositions more dynamic and snow look more sparkling in comparison.
Using the Japanese art of Notan we will learn to simplify complicated scenes, raising the contrast level and bringing pleasing shapes to our picture planning. We will bring a fresh eye to the process and seek to up our game in depicting this magical time of year.
