Do you offer classes in Pilates, Chair-based exercise or aerobics, T’ai-Chi, or even ballroom dancing or adult ballet?
We offer a large, accessible space for you to host your class.
Current availability (as at April 2023) is:
Mondays between 12:30pm and 3:30pm
Tuesdays between 12:30pm and 6:30pm
Thursays between 12:30pm and 4:30pm
