Yoga & Mindfulness Meditation with Sharon Dow
Returning on 4th January 2024 and running through to July 2024

Thursdays 10:30am to 12noon
In the session we will compliment yoga postures with a dedicated mindfulness meditation practice. The yoga postures will help to open the body & mind through awareness and concentration, gently using strength and flexibility where you may notice mental and physical space. In that open space we will sit on chairs or on the floor and I will guide you trough a series of meditation practices which will help you to focus and quieten the mind.
I am a British Wheel of Yoga Qualified Teacher with 13 years teaching experience, together with a Mindfulness and Compassion training. My classes follow in the traditional Indian philosophy of Hatha & Raja yoga.
7 week Block of classes
Price- £77 for a block of 7 weeks.
Drop ins possible- £12 a session.
