In the session we will explore gentle yoga postures using breath, focus and awareness to help with relaxation of body and mind. You will learn a variety of mindfulnessmeditation practices that you will be able to use at home and in everyday life.
Classes will restart In January 2019, and run throughout the year, except for half terms and school holidays.

Class runs from 10:30am to 12noon
£72 for the block of 8 classes.
Payment for the block of classes will secure your space.
Classes will run in blocks of 8 weeks, which is non-refundable and paid for in advance.
You are welcome to do drop in classes, if spaces are available. Please contact Sharon to see if spaces are available for drop ins. Cost £10 a session.
You will need
A non-slip mat or I can lend you one for the first session. Please wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a blanket for the relaxation at the end.
