2017 classes run until 14th December 2017.
Classes will restart in the New Year from Thursday 11th January onwards.
There will be no class on 15th February 2018 (half-term)
Classes will run in blocks of 8 weeks, which is non-refundable and paid for in advance.
Cost £72 for the block of 8 classes.
Payment for the block of classes will secure your space.
You are welcome to do drop in classes, if spaces are available. Please contact Sharon to see if spaces are available for drop ins. Cost £10 a session.
In the session we will explore gentle yoga postures using breath, focus and awareness to help with relaxation of body and mind. You will learn a variety of mindfulness meditation practices that you will be able to use at home and in everyday life.
You will need: a non-slip mat or I can lend you one for the first session. Please wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a blanket for the relaxation at the end.
