8 week block of classes : Thursdays 10:30am to 12noon - runs to 20th July 2017

Payment for the block of classes will secure your space.
Classes will run in blocks of 8 weeks which is non-refundable and paid for in advance.
In the session we will explore gentle yoga postures using breath, focus and awareness to help with relaxation of body and mind. You will learn a variety of mindfulness meditation practices that you will be able to use at home and in everyday life.
You will need: a non-slip mat or I can lend you one for the first session. Please wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a blanket for the relaxation at the end.
