You are welcome to do drop in classes if spaces are available. Please contact Sharon to see if spaces are available f drop ins. Cost £10 a session.
In the session we will explore gentle yoga postures using breath, focus and awareness to help with relaxation of body and mind. You will learn a variety of mindfulness meditation practices that you will be able to use at home and in everyday life.
You will need: a non-slip mat or I can lend you one for the first session. Please wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a blanket for the relaxation at the end.
