Get a taste of the Cuban fire with this infectious carnival rhythm. Played with toned, barrel shaped drums including congas, we’ll assemble a tapestry of sounds to create an uplifting rhythmic melody.
In this session we’ll be playing a mixture of drums and percussion including congas, kpanlogos, dun dun bass drums, bells and clave.
Tickets can be bought individually at £15 per class or at a discounted rate for the two sessions in July, if bought together in one transaction – £25 for the two July classes. The second July class is Second-Line Drumming and takes place on Saturday 23rd July 11am to 1pm.
