In the session we will explore gentle yoga postures using breath, focus and awareness to help with relaxation of body and mind. You will learn a variety of mindfulnessmeditation practices that you will be able to use at home and in everyday life. This class is suitable for beginners.
You will need
A non-slip mat or I can lend you one for the first session. Please wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a blanket for the relaxation at the end.
10:30am to 12noon on Thursdays
Classes run in blocks of 7 weeks
£63 for 7 Classes
