Day Disco
Friday 6th February – 5pm to 9pm.
An ‘early evening’ of classic tunes from the ’70s and ’80s with local DJ Jody Merelle spinning the vinyl on the decks!

An opportunity for you to explore a selection of stalls and stands and interact with therapists, practitioners and organisations providing tasters, sessions and workshops covering all things Wellbeing!
An Introduction to Yoga
Saturday 7th February – 9.30am to 10.30am
Start the weekend with an Introduction to Yoga with Fiona Glanvill. This class will introduce you to Hatha Yoga, which is the root of yoga as we know it in the West. I will introduce you to some simple postures and some guided breathing in a gentle and relaxed way.

Life Coaching & EFT Taster Session
Saturday 7th February – 11.00am to 12noon – Studio
Author of ‘The Magic Touch’ and a personal development trainer for 30 years, Liana brings warmth, humanity and a wealth of tools and techniques to create your desired life. The Dragonfly process she will be introducing was developed to provide a route map for transformation, change and growth.
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is highly effective and relatively brief therapeutic tool. This ‘tapping’ technique can shift memories, beliefs, symptoms and much more if we are ready to break free.
So whether you need support shaping your goals or to dive deeper, life coaching/therapy might be for you.

Mindfulness Meditation & Breathing Relaxation
Sunday 8th February – 10.30am to 11.30am
Mindfulness Meditation & Breathing Relaxation with Sharon Ramdassingh- Dow. In this session we will practice different Mindfulness Meditation techniques to help bring focus and gently build on concentration. We will use the breath and an object as our points of focus, helping our awareness as we learn to experience mental & physical stillness. The session will end with a 15 mins Body Scan Relaxation.

Drum Devon – Rhythms for Renewal
Sunday 8th February – 11am to 12.30pm
West African Drumming with Drum Devon. Drumming can support wellbeing through improving focus, enhancing co-ordination, releasing endorphins and providing grounding. Join us for this dynamic, rhythmic practice that is both fun and therapeutic.

Gong Bath
Sunday 8th February – 12.30pm to 1.30pm
In a Gong Bath the sounds and vibrations ‘bathe’ the body releasing blockages, allowing energy to flow freely. Gong Baths can help with numerous emotional and physical issues, especially tension and stress.

Lift – Singing Workshop
Sunday 8th February – 2.30pm to 4pm
The workshop will include warm up, fun learning, rounds, simple harmonies and ends with a final polish of what you have learnt. Suitable whether you are a regular singer or just fancy having a go.
